Pork Satay
- 1 lb boneless pork loin
- 4 Tbs coconut milk
- 2 Tbs Golden Mountain sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ⅓ tsp turmeric
- ⅓ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp MSG (Accent seasoning is 100% MSG)
- 6" bamboo skewers
Slice pork into 1" wide strips 4" long. Place in bowl, add all other ingredients, and mix. Knead gently for 5 minutes. Allow to marinate for 2 hours.
Thread slices of pork on wood skewers and cook on grill, basting with coconut milk while grilling.
Serve with Thai Peanut Sauce and Thai Cucumber Salad.
