Steve's Baked Chicken

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Remove gizzards, liver, neck, and wash chicken in warm water. Sprinkle seasoned salt over entire chicken and place on a roasting rack in a roasting pan in the oven. While in oven, baste with melted butter every 20 minutes. Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes and then 350ºF for about 45 minutes until juices when meat is cut are pink but not red.
