Tabouleh
- ¾ cup whole grain bulgur wheat
- curly parsley leaves - chopped
- Italian parsley leaves - chopped/li>
- yellow onion - diced
- scallions - diced
- 6 Roma tomatoes - seeded and diced
- lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- ground black pepper
- salt
Soak bulgur wheat for 1 hour. Mix well with other ingredients and refrigerate.
