Melanie's Peach Spiced Lamb Chops
- 6 4-oz. bone-in lamb loin chops
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- ⅓ cup peach preserves
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Combine dry ingredients and rub over both sides of lamb chops. Heat pan over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Place lamb chops in pan, and cook 2 minutes on each side. Brush each chop with 1 tsp of the preserves. Turn chops over and cook for 1 minute. Brush chops with remaining preserves and cook for another minute.
