Liver and Onions
This simple but tasty recipe is from Steve and Melanie's Flame Avenue housekeeper Maria.
- 1 calf's liver
- white wine
- 2 onions
- white pepper
- garlic
- oil
Marinate liver in wine, pepper and garlic for at least 1 hour. Lightly cook the liver in the wine mixture. Sauté chopped onions in oil until soft. Add liver and warm.
