Lamb Shish-ka-bob
This recipe is from Aladdin’s Café in Winter Park.
- lamb loin or leg of lamb
- tomatoes
- green Peppers
- onions
- tomato Sauce
- olive Oil
- onion (very finely chopped)
- cinnamon
- allspice
- ground Black Pepper
- salt
Cut up lamb into pieces which can be skewered. Marinade in tomato sauce, olive oil, chopped onion, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and pepper. Add pieces of marinated lamb, tomatoes, green peppers, and onions to skewers and grill at high heat.
