Rebecca's Baking Powder Dumplings
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk or water
Mix all ingredients into a dough and refrigerate.
Once the dough has been chilled, form the dough into small balls or roll into a ½ inch thick flat dough and cut into small squares.
Drop dumplings into boiling chicken stock to cook.
